Helpful Training Guides for Your Mini Aussie

Bringing home a new puppy is exciting, but it also comes with a lot of questions.
Over the years we’ve gathered some helpful training resources, videos, and products that we often recommend to our puppy families.

Below you’ll find a collection of training videos and gear that can make the first few months with your puppy much easier.

Preparing for PUppy

Puppy Parent Toolkit

The essentials every puppy family should have ready before pickup day.

Snuggle Puppy

We highly recommend this neat little snuggle buddy for your first few nights – our families that use this have minimized crying and whining when crate training that first week home  🙂

Puppy Play Pen

Puppy Booster Seat

Puppy Booster Seat – often puppies get car sick because they can’t be at horizon level looking out.  This is a great booster for the ride home.  Don’t forget the harness.

Kuranda Aluminum Chewproof Bed  is the best bed on the market  – not only is it a comfortable place to lay, but it also serves as a training platform.  It is chewproof and wipes clean for sanitizing. Pictured is the slimline aluminum crate bed – 33 x 22 heavy duty vinyl in smoke color.

Donut Bed

Our puppies love to snuggle up in a cozy donut bed.

Wire Crate with Divider

I recommend the 30″ Amazon Basics Double-Door Folding Metal Dog Crate.  It has a removable partition that divides the crate for use with your puppy when your first bring him or her home.  Once puppy grows the partition can be removed.

Fleece Crate Pad
