We offer advanced Litter reservations so families can secure a place in pick order for upcoming litters.
Advanced reservations can be rolled over as long as you wish until the timing is right for you or you find the right puppy.

How Our Reservation System Works
STEP ONE
Secure Your Reservation
An advanced reservation secures your place in pick order for upcoming litters.
Pick order is determined by the date reservations are received. This ensures the process remains organized and fair for everyone involved.
A $100 non-refundable reservation places you on the list and holds your priority position. At this stage, you are not committing to a specific litter, as we cannot predict color or gender in advance.
This step simply secures your opportunity to select when your turn arrives.
Step Two
Litter Arrival
When a litter is born, it is posted on our Planned & Upcoming Litters page.
During the first few weeks, the puppies are tucked in close, growing and settling into the world. This early stage is all about quiet development and letting them mature at their own pace before we begin the selection process.
We do not typically share individual photos or begin selections until eyes are open and the puppies reach approximately three weeks of age.
Step Three
Eyes Open & Evaluation (Around 3 Weeks)
Puppy selections typically take place once eyes are fully open and we have a reliable indication of eye color — usually around 3 weeks of age.
By this stage, we are able to provide:
• Clear individual photos
• Early temperament observations
• Structural insight
• Guidance to help determine the best fit
We do not allow visitors to come view puppies before pick up.
This is strictly for the safety and bio security of our puppies.
Step Four
Your Pick Opportunity
Reservation holders are contacted in order based on their place in line.
When it is your turn, you may:
• Select from the available puppies
OR
• Pass and roll your reservation forward to a future litter while maintaining (and often improving) your priority position.
Families have 24 hours to confirm their selection before we move to the next reservation holder..
Please remain readily available by phone and email during this time. Pick notifications are sent by email and announced in our Facebook group.
If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, we will move to the next family in order.
Step Five
Completing Your Reservation
Once you select your puppy, the remaining $400 is due to complete the full $500 reservation.
The full reservation amount is applied toward the total purchase price, with the remaining balance due at pickup.
If a litter does not produce your preferred sex or color, your reservation may be rolled forward to future litters for as long as needed.
Availability may range from immediate to several months depending on how specific you are about color and gender. Families who are flexible typically secure a puppy sooner.
Program Policy
Blue Buckaroo Aussies reserves the right to retain first choice of any puppy for the advancement of our breeding program.
After advanced reservation holders have made their selections, remaining puppies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Biosecurity Commitment
For the safety and health of our puppies, we do not allow in-person visits prior to pickup.This policy protects developing immune systems and ensures each puppy remains in a clean, controlled environment until they are ready to go home.
