1. What’s a Private Member Agreement (PMA)?
A Private Membership Agreement (PMA) is a private business model that only services its members. This is similar to Costco, any fitness gym and many health providers, whereby you must be a member in order to access their goods or services. In our case, it allows us to offer our puppies and services within a private, members-only setting.
2. Why do I need to join?
Joining keeps everything within our private community, so we can go above and beyond in caring for our puppies and families—free from outside mandates like social distancing, masks, or other policies that could limit how we connect and serve you.
3. Does it cost anything?
Yes—just a one-time $1 lifetime member due, which we credit right back to your puppy reservation.
4. What does being a member mean for me?
You’ll be part of our private community and are eligible to receive a puppy from us. You’ll also get updates, support, and resources that are only available to members such as-Access to our members only area with photo updates and videos of your puppy

5. Do I have to renew my member dues?
Nope! You join once and you’re in forever.
6. Is this the same as a legal contract?
It’s simpler— PMA is just an agreement between you and us to operate within the private association rules we set for our community.
