Traveling to Bring Your Puppy Home
Bringing your puppy home is one of the most exciting parts of the journey. Many of our families travel from different parts of the country to pick up their new companion, and we’re always happy to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Whether you’re planning a road trip, flying in, or arranging transportation, this page will walk you through the options and what to expect on pickup day.
PLEASE NOTE:
WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PUPPIES.
Most of our out-of-State families fly into the
Nashville TN or Huntsville AL airport and fly home with their new baby in cabin at their feet as a carry on pet. Depending on our schedule, we may be able meet you at the Huntsville AL airport. Starting Jan 1, 2022 there will be a fee for airport delivery.

What to Expect When You Arrive
Pickup day is always a special moment. When you arrive, we’ll take some time to introduce you to your puppy, go over their care information, and answer any questions you may have before heading home.
You’ll receive your puppy’s health record and the information you need to continue their routine once they join your family.
Puppies go home with a puppy pack that includes a blanket that smells like mom and siblings, full info packet, a chew, a collar and leash, quart sized bag of puppy food and a soft toy.

Road Trip With Your New Puppy

Flying Home With Your Puppy
Many families choose to fly in and take their puppy home in the cabin with them. Most airlines allow small puppies to travel in an airline-approved carrier that fits under the seat. If you have questions about flying with a puppy, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
