Planned and Upcoming Litters
Breeding is something we take very seriously. With each generation, our goal is always the same — to continue improving the breed in temperament, structure, health, and the wonderful character that makes the Mini Australian Shepherd such a special companion.
Many of the females in our program represent five and six generations of thoughtful breeding, which means we know the dogs behind them very well. We know their mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers — often going back several generations — which gives us a good understanding of the traits and temperaments that may carry forward into future litters.
Below are the pairings we’re especially excited about as we plan the next generation of Blue Buckaroo Aussies.
Many of our puppies are spoken for before they ever appear on our website, so families who have their hearts set on a future litter often choose to join our Advanced Litter Reservation list.

Bubbles & Dante litter
Puppies Due mid March 2026
This will be a medium mini size litter (approx 25-30 lbs) – Blue merles and black tris expected. These puppies will be well balanced, super happy, keen puppies with outgoing, intuitive and affectionate temperaments.
Bramble & Duke litter
Puppies Due End of March 2026
This will be a medium mini size litter (approx 25-35 lbs) – Blue merles and black tris expected. These puppies will be well balanced, super happy, keen puppies with outgoing, intuitive and affectionate temperaments.
Rumba & Rusty litter
Puppies Due Beginning of April 2026
This will be a medium mini size litter (approx 25-30lbs) – Red Merles, blue merles, red tris and black tris expected. These puppies will be well balanced, super happy, keen puppies with outgoing, intuitive and affectionate temperaments.
Planning Ahead for a Future Puppy?
Many families who are hoping for a puppy from one of our future litters choose to join our Advanced Litter Reservation list. Families on this list are contacted first when puppies arrive and are invited to select their puppy in the order reservations were received.
Puppy selections typically begin around 3–4 weeks of age, and many puppies are reserved before they are ever listed publicly on the website.
